Order Information

- One or more photos of good quality (at least 300kb) makes it easier for the artist to get all the details. Even if you only have an old scarred B&W photo, we can usually produce a beautiful portrait for you, as long as we know the color of the hair, clothes, and eyes.

- The colour of eyes, hair and other features. The more we know of you special request, the easier its for us to understand your requirements. Be careful to give us complete and correct information to avoid any misunderstanding.

From order to delivery of the finished painting

1. When you are ordering a painting we require a 50% advance deposit.. After you have placed your order, you will receive a price calculation and payment information.

2. After your deposit we will commence with your painting. The prices for different sizes you will find under"Price list".

3. The production time will be 4-6 weeks including painting, changes and drying. When it's ready we will send you a digital photo of your artwork by mail for your acceptance.

4. Before we send you the finished painting you have to make the final deposit of the remaining 50 % to us.

5. Finally we will send the painting well packed to your specified address. We ship paintings world-wide by registered mail. Normal time for shipping is 7-10 working days (Europe).
