Will the painting be exactly as the photo?
All our paintings are painted by professional artists and differ thereby from other artists with the same skills. This makes your painting into a unique piece of art. The painting will not only be a copy of the original, it will also have a life and pulse combined with a perfect similarity to the original photo.

How do I order a painting with you?
Placing an order with us is quick and easy. Please look at the "step by step" procedure in How to Order.

How and when will I receive my painting?
Your painting will be delivered by registered mail in a protected and secure postal tube 7-10 days after your final payment. You can contact us at anytime to check upon the progress of your painting.

How do I pay for my painting?
When you are ordering a painting we require a 50% advance deposit. At Present we only accept payments to our bank accounts. After you have placed your order, you will receive a price calculation and an account number for depositing the 50 % advance payment. After your deposit we will commence with your painting.

Are the paintings framed?
We do not supply the paintings with a frame for a number of reasons. First, because of the vast range of colours and styles available we believe you will want to choose frames that will suit the decor of your home. Second, the cost of shipping a framed painting compared to shipping an unframed painting is very expensive so it makes sense to have your paintings framed locally. Third, to send a framed painting increases the risk of damages to your painting. (We all know how “gentle” postal services can be.)

Will you paint people or images from magazines or postcards etc?
Yes, We accept orders for paintings from photographs, books, magazines, posters etc. provided you have obtained permission to use the image. Please send any request to support@qualityart.se.

Can I send you two or more pictures of different subjects to be painted as one picture?
Yes, simply write down your requirements in the order form. If possible try to include at least one photo of the subjects together so we can get an idea of the size ratio. If this is not possible then you will need to inform us of the approximate sizes of the subjects.

Do you offer discounts on paintings?
If you are satisfied after your first order recommend us to your friends. And we will give you a 10% discount on all further orders.
